The Utopia you’ll see on TV is a mini-state within the real world.
Its 14 members can’t leave, but you -- yes, you! -- will be able to visit. There could be concerts, farmer’s markets, yoga classes, archery lessons, or…. well, frankly we have no idea yet, because the Utopians are creating this new world all on their own in real time. We’ll have to wait and see whether the Utopians want to be capitalists and how they might try to make money!
Plus: Passport holders will have the power to help determine who stays and who goes in Utopia! Every few weeks, the community can hit an "eject button" of sorts on any member who isn’t pulling his or her weight. Passport holders also get to pick new candidates -- Newtopians, if you will -- who deserve a shot at helping to build the ideal society. Utopia is the ultimate extended remix, and you can help fine-tune the beat.
